ANKARA (A.A) -28.02.2011 -Mevlut Cavusoglu, the president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), has strongly condemned "the indiscriminate and excessive use of force by the authorities in Libya," and demanded that the human rights of everyone in the country be fully respected.
