JUBA - The Governor of Upper Nile State, Simon Kun Pouc has ordered police crackdown on "niggers' culture" as he told police to slash their tight clothes into pieces.

Addressing press in Juba last Tuesday [21 February], the Governor said police have confiscated two cars of suspected "niggers" roaming the street of Malakal in the night.

He said that the crackdown of the idlers is an attempt by the state government to encourage youth to be involved in productive agricultural projects. According to the Governor authorities in Malakal have employed forty three youths to work in oil …
