Delta State Police Commissioner, Mamman Ibrahim, says that adequate security arrangements had been put in place to ensure that the ugly incident of stampede that killed people during the Port Harcourt rally did not repeat itself in Delta State, during the President's visit to the state today.

Addressing newsmen in Asaba, the CP after visiting the venue of the campaign rally in Asaba, said over 5,000 police officers would be drafted to the venue of the PDP rally holding today. …
