Taipei Mayor Hau Lung-bin yesterday met Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang in Hong Kong and called on authorities in the territory to grant Taiwanese visa-free entry.

In a 30-minute private meeting with Tsang, Hau discussed exchanges between Taiwan and Hong Kong on various matters, from the economy to tourism, and discussed the possibility of visa-free measures for Republic of China (ROC) passport holders.
