For the second straight year IBM [IBM] tops the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) list of prime contractors in terms of total dollar amount, garnering $560.3 million in prime contracts in FY '10.
IBM's contracts were mainly for information technology services work, with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) awarding nearly half of the company's DHS contracts. The company's total is $47.9 million more than last year.
