SITI Safiyah Amirah Abdul Rahman is one of four bowlers picked by national coach Holloway Cheah for the 5th Commonwealth Championships scheduled for Pyramid Megalanes in Bandar Sunway on Feb 19-26.
The 2009 World Ranking Masters champion hopes to make amends in this competition after a disastrous outing last year which resulted in her being omitted from the Guangzhou Asian Games women's squad.
Siti Safiyah, together with former Malaysian Open champion Zandra Aziela, make-up the women's team while former national champion Adrian Ang and Zulmazran Zulkifli will spearhead Malaysia's challenge in the men's section.
