Budapest, February 6 (MTI) - Hungarian Christian Democrats commemorated the hundredth anniversary of the birth of former US president Ronald Reagan at his statue in Budapest's City Park on Sunday.
Bence Stagel, an MP of the Christian Democratic People's Party, the junior member of the governing alliance, said that Reagan's political achievements had an indirect but crucial impact on Hungary's 20th-century history dominated by two dictatorial regimes.
