Section: Government and Politics The opposition Puea Thai Party (Pheu Thai Party) has named Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva as its main target when it takes to the floor of the lower house to censure the government, the Bangkok Post reports.
The party will question the premier over the violent dispersal of red shirt protesters in April and May last year, perceived administrative mistakes and corruption, Puea Thai sources say.
The debate, whose date has still to be determined, will also target alleged irregularities by those close to the prime minister.
