PRESDENTIAL adviser on Buganda Robert Ssebunnya has said President Yoweri Museveni single-handedly restored kingdoms, a move opposed by Dr. Kizza Besigye.

Campaigning for President Museveni in Mpigi town on Monday, Ssebunnya added that Besigye could not promise Federo when he tried to sabotage the restoration of kingdoms.

It is alleged that Besigye, the FDC presidential flag-bearer, was one of the army officers who opposed the restoration of kingdoms in 1992.

Badru Wegulo, a former Uganda People's Congress (UPC) official, cautioned people against supporting Besigye, saying it was akin to the UPC alliance with Kabaka Yekka of …
