S&T's New Cyber Division Releases BAA.
The Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate's new Cyber Security Division has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for FY '11 seeking ideas and proposals for research and development in 14 Technical Topic Areas (TTA) to improve the security in both federal networks and the larger Internet.
