Social security agency audit gets disclaimer Political Correspondent CAPE TOWN Poor record-keeping by the South African Social Security Agency which distributes social grants to more than 14-million people as well as a lack of supporting documentation, saw the agency receive a disclaimer from auditor-general Terence Nombembe in the past financial year.
