THE FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) staged another l technical pullback over the last five trading days ended yesterday. It remained precariously above its critical support of 1,500 points when it closed at 1,521.89 yesterday.

The FBM KLCI staged a mild technical consolidation on Monday. It opened at 1,550.36 before hitting its intra-day high of 1,550.95. It closed at 1,542.97, giving a day-on-day loss of 4.46 points, or 0.29 per cent.

Shares on Bursa Malaysia took a sharp drop on Tuesday. The FBM KLCI trended 1,544.85 and 1,526.43. It closed at 1,526.43, posting a day-on-day loss of 16.54 points, or 1.07 per cent.
