Major move to e-commerce IN OVERSEAS markets such as the UK, Europe and the US the courier services industry has benefited from a growing demand for deliveries for the e-commerce market. With bandwidth becoming cheaper and more available, this trend will gather momentum in SA and eventually the rest of Africa, says Eddie Vosloo, CEO of Dawn Wing Couriers. He says SA does not really have an e-commerce market yet, although the likes of Digital Planet has been selling over the internet for some years and companies such as ToysRus are getting into it.
