from THE JAKARTA POST -- SATURDAY, JANUARY 22, 2011 KUPANG: Plan Indonesia has extended aid to the victims of tidal waves in Sikka regency, East Nusa Tenggara.

Aid in the form of hygiene kits and stationery sets for 54 families in Wailamung and Lewomada villages, Talibura district, was handed out on Friday at evacuation sites set up at two schools.

Plan Indonesia program manager for Sikka unit Hatta Usman said that the aid was expected to ensure that children would continue to study.
