KOLKATA, 16 JAN: The state health minister, Dr Surjya Kanta Mishra, today admitted that there is a lack of adequate infrastructure at SSKM Hospital to cope with the rush of patients. He was speaking at the inauguration of several projects at SSKM Hospital this morning.After inaugurating the new ITU facility at the emergency department of the hospital along with an obesity clinic and disaster management bed, he said there is a need to improve other infrastructure of the hospital so that patients can avail of the best facilities.
