The National Resistance Movement presidential candidate has said it is under his government that oil was explored and the regime is better placed to manage it's revenue.

"We discovered the oil and therefore have better plan to manage it," President Museveni said while addressing a rally at Hoima Boma Grounds on Saturday. He also said the formula for sharing oil revenue is provided for by the constitution.
