WHEN Dan Moxon was given a fine for parking on double yellow lines, he was prepared to take his medicine and pay.
But as the 24-year-old turned up at Queens Gardens police station, in Hull city centre, he was incensed to find officers apparently breaking the very same rules.
Mr Moxon said: "I couldn't believe it. I saw these two police cars double parked.
"They can't really be charging people when I can find examples of them breaking the rules.
