University of Indonesia psychiatrist Surjo Dharmono said Thursday many professionals didn't understand how important it was to take care of themselves.

"[People] are overloaded with responsibilities, but they don't take enough time every day for relaxation and fun," Sujo said at a media briefing titled "Are Professional People More Susceptible to Depression?" A number of global epidemiological studies have shown that five out of every 100 people suffer from depression each year.
