from ANTARA, The Indonesian National News Agency Medan, North Sumatra, Dec 30 (ANTARA) - Samosir district head Mangindar Simbolon has said the district had three unique lakes for tourism in North Sumatra.

"The lakes are unique because they are located at mountainous areas," Simbolon said here on Wednesday.

He said the three lakes at mountainous areas were Lake Sidioni and Lake Aek Torohan in Ronggur Ni Huta sub-district, and Lake Aek Natonang in Simarindo sub-district.

Simbolon said the location of Lake Aek Natonang was the highest and therefore it was cool and convenient enough for tourists to relax.
