Press Trust of IndiaMELBOURNE, 3 JAN: Three persons died and another is missing in Queensland as Australia deployed its defence forces to combat a flood of biblical proportions that has inundated at least 22 towns in the north-eastern state.Military and rescue workers are rushing supplies to flood-hit Rockhampton which is feared to be 40 per cent inundated in next couple of days. Authorities today confirmed a person died when his vehicle was washed off the road at Aramac, near flood-hit Emerald.
