from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 21 (Bernama) -- MCA today urged the authorities to make installing of a speed limit machine compulsory in all express and tour buses.
Party president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek said wearing of seat belts must also be made mandatory in all express and tour buses as they had been found to be effective in saving lives.
"If safety belts are compulsory in cars and planes, there is no reason why express buses are exempted.
