With a hectic 2011 looming, there will be no short cut to glory for new head coach Conrad Shukri and his national team troops. The New Year offers Uganda an opportunity for a big leap in their quest for a better ranking among the elite International Cricket Council (ICC) Associate nations and chance to attract more funding from the sport's world governing body.
