George Washington University DC and Harvard University MA are doing more to increase diversity on campus.

At George Washington, the Lerner Health and Wellness Center swimming pool is devoting time each week to "Sisters' Splash," a female-only hour at the pool. The pool will be closed to men for the hour and the glass door will be covered with a tarp, allowing female Muslim students to swim at their leisure. Otherwise, the students would have had to cover their bodies as well as their heads when men were around.
