Two years after the sequel Ang Tanging Ina N'yong Lahat grossed P197 million during the 34th MMFF, ABS-CBN Film Productions, Inc. comes up with a follow up, Ang Tanging Ina Mo Rin (Last Na 'To).

The third movie in the series (the first one, Ang Tanging Ina, was released in 2004 and grossed P178.82 million) again features comedienne Ai- Ai delas Alas as Ina Montecillo, a widowed mother of 12 children.

After she accidentally became the President of the Philippines in Part 2, Ina takes on the role of a democracy icon in Part 3, patterned after the events in the life of former President Corazon C. Aquino.

Playing as Ina's loyal friend and sidekick Rowena is Eugene Domingo, who reportedly declined other movie offers just to reprise her role. "This is the last time we are doing this movie - why miss the chance to be reunited with all these people who I have worked with before?" Ms. Domingo told reporters in the vernacular.

Most of the original cast members also returned for the this instalment including Nikki Valdez who plays Tudis, Ina's second child; as well as Marvin Agustin, who plays Juan, the eldest of Ina's children. The two were …
