Fresh details on the approved guidelines of the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] for the nomination of its presidential candidate scheduled for January 13 2011 show that the candidate will be elected through an open-secret ballot system.

Also yesterday, the Goodluck/Sambo Presidential Campaign Organization accused former Vice President Atiku Abubakar of creating tension in the polity "with inflammatory statements likely to cause fear and disaffection among the populace."

According to a copy of the guidelines obtained by THISDAY, all the presidential aspirants of the party -President Goodluck Jonathan, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Sani Adamu Dutsinma and Sarah Jubril -shall face a ten-man presidential screening panel on …
