A seafood cooking demonstration held in conjunction with the Fisheries Carnival 2010, organised by Fisheries Department received overwhelming responses from the public.
Chef Muhammad bin Hj Mus, the owner of Desa Café Restaurant was specially invited to show and share to the public, his talent and skills in cooking various types of seafood.
The cooking demonstration is open to the public at the carnival venue in morning and afternoon sessions starting from 9am to 2pm until today (Sunday).
During the demonstration, participants also have the opportunity to sample and taste the already-cooked seafood, as well as given cooking recipes note.
