Four new schools are to be built and two centres, Institut Technology Brunei (ITB) and the Mechanical Training Centre (PLM) are to be upgraded following the signing of contract documents and a Memorandum of Agreement between the Ministry of Education (MOE) and relative consultants and contractors yesterday.

The signing ceremony was held at the Ministry of Education's Conference Room, and saw Dr Haji Junaidi bin Haji Abdul Rahman, the Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the MOE, present as the guest of honour and to sign on behalf of the government.
