THE lands ministry has said it was not Prime Minister Apolo Nsibambi who lost land titles worth sh3b to shrewd dealers, but his brother, Dr. John Nsibambi.

Referring to an article in the media on Sunday, the ministry's permanent secretary, Dennis Obbo, said the matter was being investigated.

"The Prime Minister has not lost any land titles to fraudsters and there has been no connivance amongst ministry staff and fraudsters as reported.

"The truth, however, is that the Prime Minister's brother lost some of his land titles …
