from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency PETALING JAYA, Nov 28 (Bernama) -- Azmin Ali has been elected as deputy president of Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) while the eldest daughter of party president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Nurul Izzah Anwar, was elected as one of the four vice-presidents after receiving the highest number of votes.

The results were announced by PKR permanent chairman Hishamuddin Ismail at the 7th Annual Congress of the party, here today.

Azmin defeated Mustaffa Kamil Ayub by polling 19,543 votes. However, the number of votes obtained by Mustaffa Kamil was not announced.
