Police will officially implement the "e-ticket" system in the Metropolitan Police Area 5 and Pathum Thani from December 7 onwards.

Linked to the Police and Land Transport Department databases, the new system would take one minute to issue a traffic ticket - to which an offender could pay a fine at all Thai post offices or police stations - and take only 30 seconds to check arrest …
