A PORT Talbot man has been jailed after he sold a chair belonging to a man whose bedsit was burgled while he was in hospital.
Gareth Richards, of Cae Morfa Road, Sandfields, pleaded guilty before the town's magistrates to committing fraud by selling the chair for GBP10.
He also admitted entering Kerry Wyn Jones's bedsit, in Victoria Road, as a trespasser and stealing the bed chair.
The court heard that both offences took place between October 1 and 11 this year.
