Philippines: Megaworld report net income of P4.08B for Jan-Sept.

Section: General News - Property developer Megaworld Corporation, in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, announced that it has posted net income of P4.08 billion for the first nine months of 2010, 36 percent higher than last year.

The company attributed its strong performance to the continued strong residential real estate sales and business processing outsourcing (BPO) office rental income.

Megaworld's consolidated revenues for the first three quarters reached P15.75 billion, up 22 percent from P12.92 billion in the same period last year.
