MPs Take Sides in Dispute Over New Boundaries.

Sharp divisions among the commissioners reviewing constituency boundaries have arisen casting doubt on the credibility and integrity of the report due within 16 days.

The Nation has learnt that the nine-member Interim Independent Boundaries Review Commission (IIBRC) is split on the criteria to use in drawing the boundaries.

This disagreement has spilled into the political arena raising a storm among MPs with some of them demanding a fresh exercise by a new team to be formed under the new Constitution while others have expressed full confidence in the commission.
