Section: General News - The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has opened the southbound lane of the Magallanes Interchange to all kinds of vehicles early Tuesday.

The decision came about following an advice from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on the status and safety of the said thoroughfare in relation to the diggings conducted by the First Philippine Industrial Corporation (FPIC).
