AFTER finding a hairline crack near the foundation of the Magallanes interchange, the Department of Public Works and Highways on Wednesday night closed one of two southbound lanes of the flyover.
DPWH-National Capital Region (NCR) Regional Director Reynaldo Tagudando said only light vehicles are allowed to use the southbound lane until the First Philippine Industrial Corp. (FPIC) finishes its repair work by Sunday.
