The U.S. Navy recently partnered with Athletes' Performance Institute (API), to introduce the Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling Series (NOFFS) at the 49th annual Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Conference in Hampton, Va.

The program is aimed at building operational performance in the fleet and includes tools for Sailors to improve their physical fitness and overall nutrition. Built on five pillar preps of eat clean, eat often, hydrate, recover and mindset, NOFFS allows individuals who once were stumped at the notion of building effective eating habits and exercise routines the ability to jump-start their performance by selecting foods …
