[Presenter] The British education secretary, Michael Gove, has told RTHK that plans to double university fees for UK and EU students will not mean international students studying in Britain will have to pay more.

Mr Gove is visiting Hong Kong before travelling to Beijing with the British prime minister, David Cameron. Nick Beecroft spoke to him and asked him first about the room for cooperation between Britain and Hong Kong on education issues.
