Bayer CropScience's Nunhems subsidiary has opened a new vegetable seed processing facility at its site in Parma, Idaho. The company has invested some $30 M in the new facility and in modernizing its existing capacities for seed processing and storage. Over the course of the almost three-year planning and construction phase, the site has been extended to a total area of 60 acres and has thus almost doubled in size.
