The Shershah scrap market will have permanent police pickets supported by the Rangers and intelligence agencies. This was stated by Minister for Interior Rehman Malik here on Saturday in a meeting with the representatives of Shershah market dealers at the Governor House.

Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul-Ebad Khan and representatives of trade and industry, Siraj Kassim Teli, Saeed Shafiq, Zubair Motiwala were also present. Rehman Malik said that all the culprits involved in the Shershah carnage, in which 13 persons were killed, will be arrested soon and added that the investigation reports in this regard will be made public as well.
