Section: General News - Former Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita is now a co-respondent in the plunder charges filed before the Department of Justice (DOJ) against former president and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for the sale of the 54-hectare old Iloilo Airport in September 2007.
But the plunder charges filed against Department Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Alberto Romulo has been withdrawn.
In a three-page supplemental complaint affidavit filed before the DOJ panel of prosecutors, complainant Danilo Lihaylihay said that Ermita, and not Romulo, who should be charged.
