Public officials need to lead by example Vavi Contributing Writer PUBLIC officials should lead by example, says Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu) general secretary Zwelinzima Vavi, and send their children to public schools and use public health institutions. Delivering the resolutions of the two-day Civil Society Conference in Boksburg, Mr Vavi said yesterday that delegates called on public officials to be principled.
