South Africa's regulator is set to publish interconnection regulations on 5 November. Following a public consultation and hearings, Icasa will publish the regulations ahead of its regular meeting with Parliament, which is scheduled for 9 November, Icasa spokesperson Jubie Matlou told local news portal ITweb.
