Eonmetall banking on demand for PFOE technology.

PENANG-based Eonmetall Group Bhd is banking on the demand for its palm fibre oil extraction (PFOE) technology by expanding its capacity in mainland Penang.

The company's director Tan Sri Soong Siew Hoong said the group- via subsidiary Eonmetall Technology , has begun work on a factory in Penang to fabricate all PFOE-related machinery.

"The move has helped us lay the foundation of being able to deliver one PFOE plant within six months with top-level quality control and engineering standards," he said last Friday when handing over a PFOE plant to KKSL Palm Oil Mill Sdn Bhd in Sitiawan, Perak.
