Young amateur cricketers from across Lahore are being invited to reclaim the spirit of cricket by taking part in the first ever Azme Alishan T20 Cricket Cup. The Azme Alishan Cup commenced on Monday and will continued over the next four weekends at the Lahore Gymkhana Cricket Ground, featuring 12 teams drawn from clubs and universities across the city all competing for a place in the final on 13th November.

The prizes constitute a total purse of Rs 185,000, where the winning team will receive Rs 50,000 in prize money, which will be presented by a special VIP guest. Azme Alishan's aim is to create healthy avenues for the youth of the nation and to give a platform to their …
