Beijing, 21 Oct (ZXS) - Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Hu Zhengyue said in Beijing on 21 October that it requires appropriate conditions and an atmosphere for Chinese and Japanese leaders to meet. He hoped that the Japanese and Chinese sides will move towards each other in this respect.
