President Ahmadinezhad has urged the West that the nuclear talks over its disputed nuclear programme must be based on logic and law. Speaking in a gathering of people in Ardabil on 17 October Ahmadinezhad said: "You should announce whether you follow logic and law in the negotiations or wherever you are short of excuses you start to shout, make hue and cry, bully and issue resolutions...You need to announce your opinion about the nuclear bombs of the Zionist regime."
