SHARE prices on Bursa Malaysia rebounded after two days of consolidation on Monday. Its overall advancing counters continued to outpace declining counters by 420 to 327.

The FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (FBM KLCI) fell from its intra-day high of 1,493.29 to its intra-day low of 1,484.30 yesterday.

It closed at 1,486.57 poin-ts, giving a day-on-day loss of 0.84 point, or 0.06 per cent.

Pelikan International Corp Bhd staged a technical rebound yesterday. Its daily price trend rebounded to close at RM1.19, posting a day-on-day gain of 6 sen, or 5.31 per cent.
