from BUSINESS LINE, October 01, 2010 New Delhi, Sept. 30 - The Finance Ministry has imposed definitive anti-dumping duty on recordable digital versatile disc (DVD) imports from Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand.

The definitive anti-dumping duty will be applicable for five years from April 12, 2010, the date of imposition of provisional anti- dumping duty.

Based on the recommendations of the designated authority in its final findings in July 2010, the Revenue Department has now imposed definitive anti-dumping duty of $29.75 per 1,000 pieces on DVDs produced and exported by Ritek Vietnam Co Ltd.
