- Approved and Proposed to Company Annual General Meeting of Shareholders regarding the approval of offering and allocation of UWC Ordinary Shares to shareholders by Pre-emptive Right amounting not more than 28,300,000 shares (Par Value of Baht 1 per share) or equals to 28.44 percent of Total Ordinary Shares sold to public amounting of 99,496,000 shares or equals to 8.09 percent of Total Paid up Capital after offering to public.

- Approved and Proposed to Company Annual General Meeting of shareholders regarding the approval offering and allocation of UWC to Company Directors and Executives and any other related person of UWC including major shareholders of company by Pre-emptive Right.
