Lewis Moody will miss Bath's crucial next four fixtures with an eye injury - but Luke Watson has recovered from a back problem and is itching to face Biarritz.

The key back-row duo were both injured inside the opening 43 minutes of Friday's disastrous Aviva Premiership derby defeat to Gloucester.

But while England captain Moody faces a lay-off after damaging his eye while attempting to block a Charlie Sharples clearance, Bath skipper Watson has recovered from the back trouble that forced him off at half-time.
